Karibu House Guest House is 104 years old. The house has been fully restored to a bygone period of gracious living. The house was originally built to accommodate opulent families, usually sugar barons, who would use the house as their weekend retreat. Situated in Durban's upmarket and bohemian suburb of Morningside, and one block from trendy Florida Road, Karibu is the ideal venue for any guest whose requirements are comfort and location.
Edwardian in style, the house can comfortably accommodate up to four people in a home away from home environment. The house has two luxurious bedrooms that are both en-suite, an award winning living room, fully-equipped kitchen, dining area, private office area, a furnished veranda and braai facilities are available. The house has ducted air-conditioning, DStv in both bedrooms and the living area, and safe off-road parking. We are a five minute drive from Moses Mabhida Stadium, beaches, a casino and parks.
